Billing Coordinator Job Description:
This position requires a positive attitude and a strong desire to assist both our Operations and Finance teams. You must have a willingness and want to learn. This position requires excellent communication skills as you build working relationships with both field technicians and other office staff. You must also have attention to detail as accuracy is key in our work.
- Support accounts receivable and account payable staff
- Accounts receivable invoicing and reconciliation
- Accounts payable invoicing and reconciliation
- Assist in recurring billing and deposits
- Customer service back up
- Numerous clerical/office duties as needed
- High school diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook) especially Microsoft Excel
- High level of dependability
- Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
