Mike Riebe - Service ManagerBonfe’s Expands Service Management To Better Serve Employees And Customers Alike
Bonfe’s Plumbing, Heating & Air Service, Inc. has recently hired Mike Riebe as Service Manager for the plumbing and electrical divisions. Mike started with Bonfe’s on July 14th and has hit the ground running.
Mike will be responsible for expanding the plumbing and electrical divisions at Bonfe’s through process development and improved sales training techniques. He will also be responsible for supervising daily duties such as grounds and building maintenance, fleet maintenance of over 20 company vehicles, handling of customer concerns and project management of large jobs sold by those technicians under his direction.
Mike brings to Bonfe’s a strong sales background which will undoubtedly help him train his technicians to better understand and interact with their customers. His approach to management is that “you must give respect to gain respect.” A philosophy which is already engrained deeply in the Bonfe culture.
By adding Mike to the team, Bonfe’s other Service Manager, Steve France, can now concentrate his efforts on the other trades that Bonfe’s offers - heating, air conditioning and appliance repair. Like Mike, Steve will be responsible for helping his technicians reach goals, improve customer relations and continue the growth of the HVAC and appliance divisions.
Bonfe's offers residential service 7 days a week from 7 am to 10 pm. They also offer emergency service after 10 pm, 365 days a year for the entire Twin Cities Metro Area.
